I remember Alan Keyes — I ran against Alan Keyes — but I remember him using this in his campaign against me, saying, ‘Barack Obama supports teaching sex education to kindergartners’. And you know, I didn’t know what to tell him. But it is the right thing to do, to provide age-appropriate sex education, science-based [...]

Nationwide campaign launched to take down abortion industry via civil lawsuits | Jill Stanek

De Jill Stanek, por Jill Stanek

LDI 3Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards told The Hill a couple days ago she thrives on controversy.

Well, this news should really boost her endorphins.

Pro-life group Life Dynamics has launched an ambitious campaign to educate all of the nation’s personal injury attorneys of an enormous opportunity to file civil lawsuits on behalf of child sex abuse victims and their families against abortion clinics that did not report the crime.

Abortion clinic personnel in all 50 states are mandated reporters who must notify designated state agencies of suspected child sex abuse.

A minor girl coming to a clinic for an abortion, contraception, or STD testing/treatment is evidence that a potential sex crime has been committed against that child. Abortion clinics are not to investigate themselves, they are simply to report.

If it turns out abortion clinics did not comply with the mandatory reporting statute, and the abuse continued afterward, they and individual employees are liable, as are any and all who caused the girl to go there – school districts that gave a referral, relatives, etc.

Life Dynamics has mailed this dvd to 53,000 personal injury attorneys across the country explaining the law and opportunity…

Life Dynamics has also prepared both English and Spanish ads to which PI attorneys can simply add their contact info…

Life Dynamics’ president Mark Crutcher told me his phone has been ringing off the hook since the mailing.

“I’m spending night and day talking to these people, and they’re catching the vision about what this is about and the hundreds of thousands of potential clients,” Mark told me in a phone interview this week. “We are not exaggerating when we say this may be the largest criminal conspiracy in American history. It certainly dwarfs the pedophile priest issue, for which $3 billion has thus far been shelled out for only 10-15% of the cases.”

We certainly know there’s a there there.

In 2002, Crutcher conducted the first pro-life undercover sting when having an actress posing as a 13-yr-old who had been impregnated by her 22-yr-old boyfriend call 813 Planned Parenthood and National Abortion Federation clinics in the U.S. An appalling 91% of those clinics expressed a willingness to cover up statutory rape.

2013-05-09_1555

All phone conversations were recorded and can be heard here.

Several years later Live Action found the same willingness of several Planned Parenthood clinics to aid and abet sexual perpetrators of children.

In 2011, Americans United for Life documented several actual cases of Planned Parenthoods across the country covering up child sex abuse.

There are several ways to stop abortion. One would be to sue it to death.

Former abortion clinic worker brings Medicaid fraud lawsuit against Planned Parenthood | Jill Stanek

De Jill Stanek, por carder

abby-johnson_wFor those of you who don’t know, I am currently involved in a Medicaid fraud case that I brought against Planned Parenthood.

While I was at Planned Parenthood, my affiliate was defrauding our Medicaid system millions of tax dollars. For several years, the clinic employees were unaware that we had participated in this fraud. However, after finding out, many of us knowingly continued participating in the fraud…including me.
We are praying that Planned Parenthood be held accountable for the fraud they participated in.

I knowingly filed this suit aware of the fact that I could also be held accountable for my participation in the fraud. Could I go to prison for my involvement? Yes. Do I have peace with that? Yes. It is worth the risk and the consequence knowing that my former affiliate could close and babies would be saved from abortion.

Please be in prayer for my legal team as they take on this abortion giant.

Video #1: Infanticide in the Bronx: Abortion survivors dunked in poison

2013-04-28_0352

Today, Live Action is launching a new investigative video series on late-term abortions in America: “Inhuman: Undercover in America’s Late-Term Abortion Industry.”

Was Kermit Gosnell an anomaly? Not if the findings in Live Action’s first released video are any indication.

Dr. Emily’s Women’s Health Center is a late-term abortion clinic located in the Bronx section of New York City, where a wincing 41% of pregnancies end in abortion. A Live Action investigator who was 23 weeks pregnant – with a potentially viable baby – visited this mill for shocking results.

2013-04-28_0414The abortion counselor is caught on tape describing in gruesome detail how the baby is removed and instructs the investigator to “flush” the baby down the toilet if he or she is accidentally delivered at home before the final stage of the two-day abortion procedure.

“If it comes out, then it comes out. Flush it. … If anything, you know, put it in a bag or something or somewhere and bring it to us.”

When Live Action’s undercover investigator asks what happens if the baby is born alive, “twitching, or something like that,” at the clinic, the counselor says the baby will be put in a solution, which “will make it stop.”

“The solution will make it stop. It’s not going to be moving around in the jar … that’s the whole purpose of the solution…. It’ll automatically stop. It won’t be able to [breathe]…not with the solution.”

The “solution,” as described by the counselor, who agrees it is a “toxic” substance, is likely formalin, a tissue preservative made of formaldehyde, a poison.

We have that to keep it clean, and, you know, ’cause by the time it gets to the lab, it sill needs to be freshly, you know….”

The counselor also falsely claims that laminaria – seaweed sticks that are inserted into the cervix to dilate it – will  kill the baby.

The seaweed is where the heartbeat – that’s what kills the heartbeat as well…. they’re toxic.

The counselor warns the investigator not to call the hospital if her baby is delivered at home, falsely claiming the hospital wouldn’t accept her anyway.

‘Cause we started it first, the hospital won’t take you. They won’t touch you, either, because we started it. So whoever starts it has to finish it.

A second counselor gives contradictory information, telling the investigator it’s all a matter of location, that the baby must be killed “inside the body,” because were that same baby “outside the body… he has to resuscitate it; he has to send it to the hospital. That’s the law.”

Here’s Live Action’s first video…

The horrors of late-term abortions exposed by the Gosnell story were only the beginning. Stay tuned.

Bioethicists upset that “non-academics” dislike eugenic infanticide | Jill Stanek

De Jill Stanek, por Kel

take-my-hand-not-my-life

[Bioethicists] Giubilini and Minerva [the same authors of a paper last year supporting infanticide for Down syndrome] are expressing surprise that the Down syndrome community opposes their agenda of eugenics and infanticide….

They would like to dismiss anyone who disagrees with their conclusions as being irrational because we don’t appreciate the opportunities of what they promote. Well, that is all very elitist and pompous, but… [w]hat opportunities of freedom and well-being do they promote that we don’t appreciate?

That it should be permissible to kill new born babies who have Down syndrome….

And there is a problem, because the non-academics don’t agree.

And there is another problem. The Down syndrome community isn’t lying down and been rolled over.

And we can’t be readily dismissed as being irrational.

And the solution? [They] want to change the way they promote this wonderful opportunity that we were denied to kill our babies after they were born….

… [T]here is a serious disconnection between this academic nonsense and the reality of what it means to be human and to recognise the dignity of all human life… the founding principle of human rights, one that Giubilini and Minerva are trying to redefine….

Unconditional love… compassion… acceptance… dignity….

All of those human terms would be a fresh change for the language of the bioethicist who sees those with Down syndrome as “burdens”, “disadvantages” and worthy targets for infanticide.

All based in their own ignorance, fear and academic theory, as opposed to the actual lived experience of our wonderful community.

Washington Post: “We should have sent a reporter sooner” | Jill Stanek

De Jill Stanek, por Jill Stanek

516872cd4e4bd.imageWe believe the story is deserving of coverage by our own staff, and we intend to send a reporter for the resumption of the trial next week. In retrospect, we should have sent a reporter sooner.

~ Martin Baron, Executive Director of the Washington Post, speaking about the trial of accused mass murderer abortionist, Kermit Gosnell, April 12, this after WashPo reporter Sarah Kliff deemed it a mere “local crime”

Description of photo (click to enlarge), via J. D. Mullane of phillyburbs.com:

Three rows of seats reserved for the media remained empty Thursday morning April 11, 2013 in courtroom 304 at the Justice Center in Philadelphia where abortionist Dr. Kermit Gosnell is on trial, charged with seven counts of murder for killing seven born-alive children, and also a patient. The man at the rear of the courtroom is David P. Williams, of Delaware Right to Life, who covered the trial for his pro-life blog.
